🌟 The Mentors Who Changed Everything

It’s perfect timing because this weekend, I get to be with three people who completely changed my life:

Taylor Johnson, Amber Deibert, and Ian Koniak. 

Each one played a different role in shaping who I’ve become not just professionally, but personally and spiritually. 

🎯 Taylor Johnson

Taylor helped me reconnect to authentic confidence not the kind that’s loud or performative, but the kind that’s grounded and calm.

He taught me that true leadership isn’t about how much you say, it’s about the energy you bring into the room. 

From Taylor, I learned that consistency beats intensity, and presence beats pressure.

💡 Amber Deibert

Amber was my coach when I needed a mirror, not a map.

I hired her because she understood what it’s like to be high-achieving but still wrestle with self-doubt and imposter syndrome.

She helped me uncover blind spots that were quietly running the show the patterns of seeking validation, the overthinking, the fear of slowing down.

Through Amber, I learned that coaching isn’t about fixing yourself it’s about remembering who you already are.

 And then there’s Ian.

The mentor who helped me realize I was running from my demons instead of facing them.

Ian taught me that real success starts with inner mastery that you can’t lead others until you’ve learned to lead yourself.

He gave me the tough love I didn’t know I needed, and the grace I didn’t know I deserved.

Working with him was a turning point the moment I stopped trying to “outperform” my pain and started healing it. 

This weekend, as I get to spend time with all three of them, I’m reminded that mentorship isn’t about direction — it’s about reflection.

They didn’t hand me a map. They held up a mirror.

And through that reflection, I saw who I was always meant to become.
